ATOS減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)按(an)(an)結構形式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)可(ke)(ke)分(fen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)薄(bo)膜式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、彈簧(huang)薄(bo)膜式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、活塞式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、杠桿式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和波紋管式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi);按(an)(an)閥(fa)(fa)座(zuo)數目可(ke)(ke)人為(wei)(wei)(wei)單座(zuo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和雙(shuang)座(zuo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi);按(an)(an)閥(fa)(fa)瓣的(de)(de)位置不同可(ke)(ke)分(fen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)正作用式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和反作用式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)當減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)輸出壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)較高或(huo)通徑較大時,用調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)彈簧(huang)直(zhi)接調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),則彈簧(huang)剛度(du)必然過大,流量變化時,輸出壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)波動(dong)(dong)較大,閥(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)結構尺寸也將增大。為(wei)(wei)(wei)了克服(fu)這些缺點,可(ke)(ke)采用先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)。先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)工(gong)作原理與直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)基本相同。先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)所用的(de)(de)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氣體,是由小型的(de)(de)直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)供給的(de)(de)。若把小型直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)裝(zhuang)在(zai)閥(fa)(fa)體內(nei)部(bu),則稱為(wei)(wei)(wei)內(nei)部(bu)先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa);若將小型直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)裝(zhuang)在(zai)主閥(fa)(fa)體外部(bu),則稱為(wei)(wei)(wei)外部(bu)先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)。

組合式減壓閥
組合式減壓(ya)閥是專(zhuan)為復雜工況下運行的供水系統(tong)(tong)量身設計的減壓(ya)設備,由出口壓(ya)力鎖(suo)定系統(tong)(tong),反饋統(tong)(tong),和主閥閥體組成(cheng)。組合式減壓(ya)閥與(yu)常規減壓(ya)閥的區別在于:
1、反饋(kui)系統(tong)互為備用可供不停機檢修;
2、反沖(chong)排污系(xi)統可適用更多不佳水質;
3、出口壓力(li)鎖定系統可以鎖定出口壓力(li)上限;
4、減(jian)壓比*大值可(ke)達到12:1,蕞高(gao)應用水(shui)頭(tou)320米.
5、*大(da)過(guo)流(liu)量超(chao)過(guo)5000m³/h,*大(da)應(ying)用單機800MW


作用式減壓閥
蕞簡單的(de)減壓(ya)閥(fa),直接作用式(shi)減壓(ya)閥(fa),帶有平膜片或波紋管(guan)。因為(wei)它是(shi)*立結構(gou),因此無(wu)需在下游安裝外(wai)部傳感(gan)線。它是(shi)三種減壓(ya)閥(fa)中(zhong)體(ti)積(ji)*小、使用蕞經濟的(de)一種,專為(wei)中(zhong)低流量設計(ji)。直接作用式(shi)減壓(ya)閥(fa)的(de)*準度通常為(wei)下游設定點(dian)的(de)+/-10*。


活塞式減壓閥
該類(lei)型的減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)集兩種(zhong)閥(fa)―導(dao)(dao)閥(fa)和主閥(fa)―于(yu)一體(ti)。導(dao)(dao)閥(fa)的設計(ji)與(yu)直接(jie)作(zuo)用(yong)式(shi)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)類(lei)似。來自導(dao)(dao)閥(fa)的排氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)作(zuo)用(yong)在活塞(sai)上,使活塞(sai)打(da)(da)開主閥(fa)。如果(guo)主閥(fa)較大(da),無(wu)法(fa)直接(jie)打(da)(da)開時(shi),這種(zhong)設計(ji)就會利用(yong)入口壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)打(da)(da)開主閥(fa)。因此,這種(zhong)類(lei)型的減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa),與(yu)直接(jie)作(zuo)用(yong)式(shi)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)相(xiang)比(bi),在相(xiang)同的管道(dao)尺寸下,容量和*準度(du)(+/-5*)更高。與(yu)直接(jie)作(zuo)用(yong)式(shi)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)相(xiang)同的是,減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)內部(bu)感(gan)知壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li),無(wu)須外部(bu)安裝(zhuang)傳感(gan)線。


薄膜式減壓閥
在這種(zhong)(zhong)類型的(de)減壓(ya)閥(fa)(fa)中,雙膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)代替了內(nei)導式減壓(ya)閥(fa)(fa)中的(de)活(huo)塞(sai)。這個(ge)增大的(de)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)面積(ji)能夠(gou)打(da)開(kai)更(geng)(geng)大的(de)主閥(fa)(fa),并且(qie)在相同(tong)的(de)管(guan)道尺寸下,其容(rong)量比內(nei)導式活(huo)塞(sai)減壓(ya)閥(fa)(fa)更(geng)(geng)大。另(ling)外,膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)對壓(ya)力變(bian)化更(geng)(geng)為敏感,*準度可達+/-1*。*準性(xing)更(geng)(geng)高(gao)是由于下游傳感線的(de)定位(wei)(閥(fa)(fa)的(de)外部),其所在位(wei)置氣體或液體動蕩更(geng)(geng)少。該減壓(ya)閥(fa)(fa)非常靈活(huo),可以(yi)采用不同(tong)類型的(de)導閥(fa)(fa)(例如壓(ya)力閥(fa)(fa)、溫度閥(fa)(fa)、空氣裝載閥(fa)(fa)、電磁閥(fa)(fa)或幾(ji)種(zhong)(zhong)閥(fa)(fa)同(tong)時(shi)配套適用)。


直動式減壓閥
直(zhi)動式(shi)(shi)減壓閥所示為直(zhi)動式(shi)(shi)帶溢流閥的減壓閥(簡稱溢流減壓閥)的結構圖。
溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥是(shi)靠進氣(qi)(qi)口的(de)(de)(de)節(jie)流(liu)(liu)作用(yong)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),靠膜片上(shang)力的(de)(de)(de)平衡作用(yong)和溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)孔的(de)(de)(de)溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)作用(yong)穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya);調節(jie)彈簧(huang)即可使(shi)輸(shu)出壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力在(zai)一定(ding)范(fan)圍內改變。為(wei)防止以上(shang)溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)式(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥徘出少(shao)量氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)對周圍環境的(de)(de)(de)污染,可采用(yong)不(bu)帶溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)閥的(de)(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(即普通減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥)。內部(bu)(bu)先(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)式(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥當減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)出壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力較高(gao)或通徑較大時,用(yong)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)彈簧(huang)直(zhi)接調壓(ya)(ya)(ya),則(ze)(ze)彈簧(huang)剛度(du)必然過大,流(liu)(liu)量變化時,輸(shu)出壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力波動(dong)(dong)(dong)較大,閥的(de)(de)(de)結構(gou)尺寸(cun)也將增大。為(wei)了克服這些(xie)缺點,可采用(yong)先(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)式(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥。先(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)式(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥的(de)(de)(de)工作原(yuan)理(li)與(yu)直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)基本相同(tong)。先(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)式(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥所用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti),是(shi)由小型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥供給(gei)的(de)(de)(de)。若把小型(xing)直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥裝在(zai)閥體(ti)內部(bu)(bu),則(ze)(ze)稱為(wei)內部(bu)(bu)先(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)式(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥;若將小型(xing)直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥裝在(zai)主(zhu)閥體(ti)外(wai)部(bu)(bu),則(ze)(ze)稱為(wei)外(wai)部(bu)(bu)先(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)式(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥。與(yu)直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥相比(bi),增加了由噴嘴4、擋板3、固定(ding)節(jie)流(liu)(liu)孔9及氣(qi)(qi)室(shi)B所組成的(de)(de)(de)噴嘴擋板放大環節(jie)。當噴嘴與(yu)擋板之間的(de)(de)(de)距離發生(sheng)微小變化時,就會使(shi)B室(shi)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力發生(sheng)根明(ming)顯(xian)的(de)(de)(de)變化,從(cong)而引起(qi)膜片10有較大的(de)(de)(de)位移,去控(kong)制閥芯(xin)6的(de)(de)(de)上(shang)下移動(dong)(dong)(dong),使(shi)進氣(qi)(qi)閥口8開大或關小、提高(gao)了對閥芯(xin)控(kong)制的(de)(de)(de)靈(ling)敏度(du),即提高(gao)了穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)精度(du)。
